"I would invite someone to live in this home if they have an itch to experience a different vision of what it means to be a follower of Jesus in our context."

We are free to be truly human and to experience the fullness of life in Christ when we choose submission, when we choose limitation, when we choose to die to ourselves and our own wishes.

Our role as stewards is not to know or understand better than non-humans could, not to use power as a way of ruling; but to let ourselves come back to children, to love because we have moved into our own neighbourhoods.

Our students are finding belonging here at Blake Street. They are learning how to love one another for who they are, and how to see each other and themselves as Christ does.

The moment you step through the doors of 75 Blake St, you become part of something larger than yourself: a community. Spaghetti Wednesday, then, is a way for us to extend that community beyond ourselves.
